Needs more parking close

Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The bartender, Brad deserves a special call-out. He was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing I would recommend is for the rooms to have better lighting. The room was dark with only a small desk lamp, 2 small center-location bed lamps and dim overhead entrance light. Everything else was exceptional!

My wife and I stayed for a weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the property was clean, the room was comfortable, great view of the water from our room, and the town of Manistee was great, fun shops, a cool little movie theatre.

Beautiful hotel!

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean with a great location. They provided a variety of foods for breakfast and the view of Lake Michigan while you ate was amazing.

Create new hotel near the beach with excellent views

Absolutely wonderful! Location is everything, the views are unbeatable! The restaurant is great. All staff super helpful, polite and curteous. We love the pool and hot tub! This is our favorite new hotel and we are recommending it to all of our friends!

Overall Hotel and Restaurant get a a thumbs up but the noise from rambunctious young kids was over the top. When front desk was called they apologized and remedied noise complaint in short term & stated a discount would be applied to room. Upon check out no discount was given and kid noise was ongoing.

Everything was great except for the parking. The parking lot was full every night and we could not find a spot. We had to park at the beach and walk over. More parking spaces are needed.

The room was big, beds comfortable for a queen size, had a refrigerator but no microwave in the room. You only get one if you stay in a suite. They have a public one you can use for the whole hotel guests but with covid coming back, is this such a good idea? It snowed heavily and the parking spaces next to my handicap parking spaced were plowed but I had 3 feet from my car of snow to try to walk through as I was trying to load my car through all that snow. Why didn't somebody shovel out near our car. Would that been so hard to do? Somebody takes care of the sidewalk and parking areas but your on your own to get into your car. Your breakfast is not as good as other Hamptons that we have stayed in. There was no scrambled eggs, no sausage and gravy, no pancakes, fruit choices were great, TV was not on the news but on some boring soap opera nobody seemed to be interested in, no fire place, there was no fire going in the fire pit outside and this was on a Saturday night, at about 11 pm at night some people decided to make as much noise as they could with their screaming dragster cars. I guess they were trying to show off their noisy dragster cars. It worked they were loud and noisy. They enjoyed their racing and peeling out of their cars. Police did not show up the whole time this was going on around the hotel. The police came in the morning when nobody was there. The noise was so loud that one could sleep.

Great new hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff were amazing and helpful. Restaurant on site was great and had a nice atmosphere.

Rooms were really nice

Stay was excellent . Tried to confirm reservation to let them know about our arriving late. . Got connect to whomever handles management of reservation. They said we had no reservation, no one under my name and no telephone # in their system. Called twice got same answer. Daughter in law who lives in Manistee . She finally got hold of hotel we were staying inManistee and confirmed reservation.They were so nice and accommodating and apologized and made the rest of the trip very pleasant.

The staff went over and way above the norm. The only thing I didn't like was we only stayed for 1 night!

The breakfast was amazing! The rooms were so clean and relaxing. We didn't travel with our children this time but we will definitely be returning with them. Very children friendly here!

Everyone at this hotel was so friendly! Especially Amy at the front desk. The rooms were cozy and warm, and once the spring comes, I can see the landscaping being beautiful. Highly recommend! I can't say enough positive things about our stay!

The beds are very hard is the only downfall to this motel. otherwise, I would’ve given it five stars. We had a great time the area is awesome. I would bring an air mattress of some sort. I always carry my back packing air mattress, so it is what it is.

This was our 2nd trip out - post pandemic. The Hampton Inn did not disappoint! We had a great room that was spacious and accommodating. The staff was A+. We couldn't have asked for any more.

We loved everything about our stay. The place looked great. It was in an excellent location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We even had a meal at their restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and the food was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is right on the water. Friendly person was working the front desk. Room felt like it was brand new. Super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay at this location again.
