Convenient and nice views
It need bit of renovation and touch up work. Not fully fenced for dogs

Well appointed, with bits and pieces in the kitchen that you needed. Even an honesty system for wine.
One bedroom has great airflow and an excellent view over the river.
Would have been nice to walk into town (if we didn't have an injury)
It was great being able to bring the dog, but note, the yard isn't secure. I made a mistake with the bed configuration. We needed 3 separate beds but I couldn't find the sofa bed so we had to split across two double beds.

It has a nice location close to the river
I was having knee surgery the next day. The driveway was steep and there were stairs.
I wouldn’t have been able to stay there after my surgery.
