Location and apartment was nice, ease of finding the apartment and getting the keys was also good.

We arrived for a business trip with some colleagues. The whole experience of staying at this apartment was terrible. We arrived, no beds were made up, the floors were dirty, and one cupboard had a mountain of dirty sheets and towels. There were no basic amenities in the bathroom inc toilet roll, no amenities. The apartment and whoever owns is nice but I would never stay at any property managed by these jokers. They gave us the wrong Wi-Fi passcode on the welcome email so we didn't have wifi and were unable to do an important video call. They realised a day later someone had made a mistake. They did come back later that evening to make up the other beds but we ended up being late for our work dinner. When we were checking out we were asked to take off the bedsheets, take out the trash and wash the towels. Given the place was left with none of that when we arrived we did not.
