The Floor-plan: The open-design main living area features cozy seating, breakfast bar seating, a smart TV, and spacious outdoor lanai with additional seating and a garden view Well-Appointed Kitchen: Full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and breakfast bar. Yes, the toaster, blender and coffee maker are in there too. Two bedrooms: Cal king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the secondary bedroom. note: the queen is a sleeper sofa, but features a true queen mattress (not the folding kind) for your sleeping comfort One bathroom with tub/shower combo and stacked washer/dryer More Amenities: Oceanfront complex next to sandy Waipouli Beach Two swimming pools (one garden side and one ocean front) Gas grills Free Parking with assigned spot for 1 vehicle Free Wi-fi Recreation room on site WHY WE LOVE THIS AREA... The Coconut Coast is a great place have as "home base" to explore the island of Kaua'i! It's central location makes popping up to Hanalei Bay one day and cruising up to Waimea Canyon another day pretty easy in your rental car. Kaua'i Kailani is conveniently located in the oceanfront town of Kapa'a on Kauai's sunny eastern shore and is located just 7 miles from the Lihue Airport. Explore an array of fun activities, local shops, and charming restaurants. Bike the Kapa'a Coastal Multi-use Path, Hike the Sleep Giant Trail, Explore Botanical Gardens, and so much more! Overall the place is nice. Had trouble with parking even though I was assigned a spot. They did help me with the car that parked in two spots. Located in a very coinvent area.
