Some minor maintenance required e.g wall pug socket has come away from wall

Location was very central. Property was clean.
On arrival we were given the wrong code to key safe which was annoying . The lady who sent email to me wasn’t told it had changed.
After the annoyance of not getting in straight away decided to go & buy some tea & milk.
Then to find out there were no cups to use I really wasn’t happy considering it was only a 1 nights stay. Had to then call management agent yet again who then got the owner to drop some cups off.
