Grösse, nahe am Stadtzentrum, genug warmes Wasser.
Check-in, Personal kurz angebunden, extremer Strassenlärm, heruntergekommenes Haus mit Sozialwohnungen, schlechte Qualität der Möbel, kaum Küchenausstattung. Parkplatz im Parkhaus war schlecht organisiert, es gab jedesmal bei der Ausfahrt Probleme.
Die Wohnung war anfänglich sehr kalt, schwierig zu wärmen.
