In our house you will find a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with dining area, a very cozy living room with direct access to a large outdoor patio in the shade of a beautiful centennial Ficus. The patio is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors with total privacy, the ficus will give you a magnificent shade and you will be able to listen to the sound of the birds and the tranquility of the Majorcan neighborhood. In the patio, there is a laundry area, solar shower with hot water, WC, chill out area and hammock to take a good nap. It breathes a very marine and relaxing air. Upstairs there are two beautiful double bedrooms with two double beds and a bathroom with shower. In our house you will enjoy all the comforts: 2Smart TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, free Wifi throughout the house, air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house, bed linen with comforters and pillows, baby crib, set of towels, toiletries, hairdryer.
