Towards the back of the property there is a beautiful built in BBQ area, featuring an electric grill, cooking sink and a gorgeous quartz counter top, perfect for prep space. There are also comfortable chairs and side tables great for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Be sure to relax in the fun swinging chair, perfect for unwinding and taking in the warm Florida sun! A short walk to downtown Lake Worth Beach, restaurants, art galleries & shopping, as well as a quick 10 minute drive from PBI Airport & 15 minutes from West Palm Beach, makes this apartment the ideal get-away! Palm Beach International Airport is a quick 15 minute drive from the property, therefore making it the closet airport. Fort Lauderdale Airport is also within close proximity at only approximately 45 minutes from the property. The Brightline and Tri Rail are both great train options. The Bright line is a stylish train with stations in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. They offer food and beverage aboard and create an unforgettable experience. The Tri Rail has many local stations including Lake Worth, Delray and Boca. Palm Tran is the public transit system serving Palm Beach County.
