The Space: **FREE OFF-STREET PARKING FOR 1 VEHICLE** This high-rise apartment located on the 7th floor has outstanding views of downtown Baton Rouge with every convenience within walking distance. BEDROOMS - Two (2) separate bedrooms each with a queen bed. Luggage racks, iron, and ironing board available for use. BATHROOMS - Two (2) separate, full bathrooms LIVING SPACE - 60" Smart TV allows guests to log-in to any of their personal streaming accounts, or connect with a smart phone and screen share. Bar seating accommodates up to four (4). The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials. Guest Access: Property is outfitted with a smart lock. Guest's self-access codes will be provided the day of arrival. The Neighborhood: Raising Canes River Center - 10 minute walk River Center of Preforming Arts - 10 minute walk LSU Tiger's Stadium - 10 minute drive LSU Alex Box Stadium - 11 minute drive LA State Capital - 10 minute walk LSU's Museum of Art - 6 minute walk LSU's Museum of Art & Science - 9 minute walk Getting Around: Located in the heart of downtown, this location is perfectly walkable. For exploring outside of the downtown area a vehicle is recommended. Other Things to Note: ⋆ One (1) pet under 50 pound is welcome for an additional $25/day up to $175. Monthly pet rate is $300/month ⋆ Early check-in / late check-out may be requested for an additional $30 subject to availability. HOUSE RULES 1. This is a NON-smoking residence. Smoking and drug use are not allowed at the premises or on community property - this includes vapes, weed, or other legal/illegal substances. 2. NO PARTIES. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. 3. There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity occurring at the property. 4. Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained bedding/linens. **We are not responsible for complex maintenance and/or shutdowns. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseeable circumstances.** OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved. Interaction with Guests: No interaction is required unless guests need assistance troubleshooting

Great place to stay in downtown Baton Rouge.

Perfect downtown location! What a gem! No-nonsense lodging with essentials. Parking is worth the extra, although somewhat (understandably) a little bit of a juggle to get fob for check in and check out. Having grocery downstairs is understatedly amazing!
