Overall the home was as described the only problem we had with the property was there were dead roaches throughout the home, it advertised a washer and dryer but they were not accessible and there was to many personal items of the owner left behind. There was no where to take the trash bags outside so we just had to pile the trash on the deck. Also be aware there is only 1 tv in the whole house.
