The first floor has 2 bedrooms, an open concept living/eating/kitchen area. The bathroom has a tub, shower, and washer/dryer. Door way is 36" wide for a wheelchair to fit through. The second floor has access to the private deck from the stairway. There is also a full size bed and a twin daybed next to a second living area. A bathroom with walk in shower, 2nd coffee and microwave station is also on this level. My newly remodeled home is centrally located in the Milwaukee neighborhood of Bay View. Walk to places or take a short drive, the home is 3-15 minutes from where you want to be. On a main road that is within miles of the airport, popular venues, events, downtown MKE, etc.Whether you like outside activities or inside fun, the choices are endless! - The highway entrance is a few blocks away. - Downtown Milwaukee is 1.5 miles: 5-10 min on the freeway, 10-15 on local streets. - Lake Michigan/South Shore Park/Bay View is a 5 minute drive 1.5 mile - Harley Museum 3 mile - St. Josephat's Basilica 1 block - Downtown 3 miles - Summerfest/Art museum 3 miles - Mitchell International Airport 6 miles - Bay View has seasonal farmers markets on Saturdays from 8am -noon. There are other farmers markets available through Milwaukee and suburbs on pretty much every day of the week. - In summer, Music in the parks is available (and free!) in different parks throughout the city M-F. There is parking for 3 cars - 1 sm/med car in the carport, 1 on the slab, and 1 can fit on the apron (see pic of black SUV for area) *Like any city, there is the typical street traffic during business hours, but quiets down after. *No smoking in the house. *body wash, shampoo/conditioner is provided *Laundry soap is not provided. *Be conscience of noise after 10pm to keep the peace between neighbors. *I live 2 miles away - please reach out if you have any questions or if something needs attention to.
