Плюс только один - хорошее расположение

Минусов огромное количество: 1) Я выбрал номер с двумя спальнями - это оказались апартаменты в доме через дорогу Нигде об этом не говорилось. В итоге приходилось на завтрак приходилось одеваться и идти пешком, что не очень удобно. 2) Апартаменты вроде относительно новые, но при этом состояние уже плохое. В ванной плесень, душ еле течет, кровать скрипит, на диване дырки, нет ничего для удобного проживания (чай, соль/перец, масло, губка для посуды). 3) За 4 дня у нас ни разу не убрались и не поменяли полотенца. 4) В отеле был анонсирован спа, но оказалось, что он не включен и нужно оплачивать (причем цена была неоправданно высокая). 5) Завтрак очень скудный и однообразный. Даже нет нормального кофе, только растворимый. В целом - остался максимально разочарован, своих денег отель точно не стоит.

Rezarvasyonumuzdaki ilk oda başka bir odayla bitişikti arada sadece bir Kapı vardı odayı değiştirmek istedik iki tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler çökük korkunç bir yataktı ve Günl ük ekstra 20 azn ödemek zorunda kaldık.yeni geçtiğimiz oda yeni boyanmıştı ve başka oda olmadığı için 3 gün boyunca boya kokusu çekmek zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı da sıradan kahvaltılıklar haricinde hiçbir extra yoktu. Otelin puanına aldanarak tercih ettik ama hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.

Super Lage in der Altstadt, gutes Frühstück (leider ohne Kaffee, nur Nescafe)

Hatten 3-Bett-Zimmer gebucht. Leider war es ohne Fenster. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und auch die Klimaanlage durften wir nicht anmachen. Schimmel war im Badezimmer auch vorhanden. Nach mehreren Gesprächen mit dem Personal haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Es war zwar mit Fenster, aber mit ausziehbarem Sofa als drittes Bett und sehr klein für 3 Personen.

We arrived to finding leaking pipe under the sink. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy. Stained toilet. The bed was very uncomfortable. Hard mattress. Old sheets and towels. Walls very thin hearing the people in next rooms It was all so very disappointing. The breakfast was so bad.

Вся мебель скрипит, прям жутко, я все время просыпалась. Стены между номерами видимо из гипсокартона, эффект присутствия соседей обеспечен. Ну и тараканы, это особенное дополнение, в шкафу и в ванной. Все вещи приходилось убирать, давно их не видела, пришлось орудовать тапком. С завтраком все очень сложно было, на общем столе кроме овощей, нарезки сыра и колбасы и хлеба, ну и многочисленные соусы и варенья, ничего не было. За омлетом приходилось бегать за сотрудниками, которые убирали со стола. Сами они ничего не предлагали. Иностранцы довольствовались тем, что находили. Кофе и чай из пакетиков. Комната приема пищи маленькая, все постояльцы не помещались

Everything about this property is a lie, and I don't understand how other guests rates them high , and that was my mistake to believe it. Don't trust the reviews , promises they might give and photos , good luck,

The location was awesome at a very lively street. Food is at the Passage hotel which is 3 mins walk across the road. food was ok but overall good for the value of money for such great location. Nizami street is just walkable distance

Well we struggled to find the location even with a local guide along. The guy who handed over the Key walked in to our rooms with his shoes on and kept mentioning it is My apartment hence be careful with the plates :( which was a bit rude. Washrooms were old and tiles were dirty.

Nothing as I was taken to another bad apartment

This hotel was very poor and if I could choose lower than zero stars I would have done it. First, no signboard was available on the buidling by the name “Passaje old”. The location on Booking App took us to a hotel named “Passage Hotel”, when we checked with the reception they confirmed that it is the same hotel and they confirmed that we do have a booking with them. After offloading our luggage and releasing the big taxi, they made us wait for about an hour and then they told us that they will transfer us to “Passaje Old” as our booking was for an apartment and not 2 rooms!!!!! Meanwhile another couple were debating the same issue with the reception staff as they were informed that they will be transferred to another hotel. The reception staff called 2 small taxis and asked them to take us to the new location (which we thought it will be Passahe Old). My family had to split with the luggage and we were dropped in front of another hotel but it was not Passaje Old. We went in, and the reception had no idea about us. We called the reception staff back in Passage Hotel and after a while they sent us someone who took us accross the road with high traffic and we were pullibg our luggage like crazy and he took us to another hotel named “ Delux city hotel”. They put us in a poor apartment outside the hotel near a car park with no security measures at all. I called Passaje Hotel management to solve my problem and no one accepted to talk to me. I was only talking to powerless guys in the reception desk jut to hear “sorry sir”. At the end we were very tired and had no choice but to accept this apartment just to put an end to the suffering that we were going through. On that same day 3 other families were having tough talks with the reception staff at the hotel and only God knows how did their story ended. Booking.com shares a responsibility by allowing these kind of businesses to offer their spam services on their platform.
