No Owner may advertise any Unit as available for rent for transient or hotel purposes or for a term of less than thirty (30) days. No Owner may advertise any Unit for rent without identifying that the unit is located within The Plaza community by including the phrase “The Plaza Condominium Association”. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
