Run away from this place because it's a scam. The pool they promise you is totally closed. It's boarded by a red tape and it is extremely dirty, like it's been like that for months. So you will be charged an extremely high price for a place does not exist. It's supposed to be that expensive because you are paying for the beautiful view at the top and for enjoying the pool as well, otherwise you can just rent a place less half the price expensive for an ordinary room in the city. We have complained to them and have not received answer at all abour it. It's a scam because all the tourists that rent that place were as much as disappointed as us because pool was closed and dirty. Save your money and go somewhere else, there are plenty of other hotels with clean pools and amazing views of the Petronas towers. The host was replying to me the whole day until my check in, but after I just saw the reality of the place and decided to ask him about what happened with the pool and why he did nor even mentioned it to me. He just ghosted me. At the end I had to book anothe accommodation in the last minute and still waiting for my full refund because I never stayed at all there.

Der Pool, weshalb wir dieses Hotel buchten, war nicht zu benutzen. Wir haben vorher keine Meldung erhalten, dass der Pool gesperrt ist. Wir haben uns sehr darüber geärgert, weil wir mit unserer Tochter ein Hotel wollten, in dem wir schwimmen können. Außerdem gab es Kakerlaken im Zimmer.

Awful service!!!! No staff and can’t even get hold of them. Still waiting on my deposit back! Needed to check out at a normal time 11am and nobody was even in the office.

I had booked a 2-bed apartment for 5 nights (23/12 -28/12) at The Colony and the Luxe by Five Sense and it was the worst decision I've ever made on a holiday accommodation. Misleading - We booked an apartment with 2 beds and upon check in, only got a studio with 1 double bed for a family of 4. Poor accommodation standards - The studio was just renovated but is nowhere close to being ready for guests. The room was dusty, had a reeking smell of sewer, didn't have hot water and had a leaking sink. No customer service - No response from property manager after we complained about the disparity between what we booked and what we were given. We were only told through the cleaner that they didn't have a 2 bedder for us after waiting at their office for over an hour on Christmas eve. We had to arrange alternate accommodation and were not offered any refund for the remaining nights that we paid for. I have tried multiple times to contact them to get a refund but in vain. They have not even returned the calls from customer service at booking.com! This whole experience has been very frustrating, stressful and disappointing. Save yourself a holiday nightmare and do not book this property!

Het zwembad is amazing! Heel mooi en fantastisch, de kamer is ook enorm netjes en alles is zo te bereiken lopend of met de taxi.

De communicatie verliep de eerste dag slecht, je kan echt pas inchecken vanaf 15:00uur. Mijn vlucht kwam 06:30 aan en heb na een vlucht van 9 uur de hele tijd moeten overbruggen. Er is geen 24uur receptie. Er zit een beveiliger en het enige wat hij zegt neem contact op met de persoon waar je geboekt hebt. Je krijgt je sleutel om 15:00 en dan is de agent weg.

The customer service really needs improving, it took us an hour to check out and retrieve our deposit (£50/300RM), because there was nobody in or around the office and 0 answer off the WhatsApp helpline whilst being under time constrain to make it to the airport and they didn’t seem to care, they just told us to go back to the room and we could have a free late check out? Just a case of extra staff needed for a busy business.

Nichts, einfach nichts. Nur enttäuschend! Es ist ein Betrug!!!

Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und vereits im Vorfeld bezahlt. Auch auf mehrmaliges Anrufen, schreiben über Whatsapp und über booking haben sie sich nie gemeldet. Es kamen nur Standart Nachrichten. Wir bekamen nie Anweisungen für den Check-In obwohl wir geschrieben haben, dass wir in der Nacht ankommen und sie von sich sagen, dass sie eine 24/7 Reception haben. Natürlich war da niemand vor Ort und erreichbar waren sie auch nicht. So kam es, dass wir alles Geld verloren und dort nie übernachten konnten. Gott sei Dank haben wir ein anderes Hotel gefunden. Zuletzt bekamen wir eine Nachricht ob wir den Aufenthalt mit 5 Sternen bewerten könnten. Sorry, aber nein! Wenn Ihnen ihr Geld und ihre Nerven wichtig sind, dann buchen sie einfach nicht dort!!!

Loved the rooftop pool, the apartment was clean. Drinking water was provided and the shower was good. Great to have a washing machine. There is a shopping centre opposite with food places and walking distance to the Petronas towers.

Great stay although some things could be better - coffee provided but no mugs or cups. Room was smaller than it appeared in pictures. Found an empty box for iron and hairdryer, both of which I wanted to use. They must have been taken and the staff not realised? Netflix didn't work. Check in/out a little complicated as you need to message when you arrive, luckily there is WiFi you can connect to by 7 eleven as we didn't have a SIM card.

I was waiting for someone to give me the key to my room for 1 hour, the instructions are non-existent to check in, in fact I had to go to Block A and no one told me anything, in the end a guy with tattoos showed up who looked like he came out of the jail, took a photo of my passport, gave me the key and without saying anything else he left... nor did they tell me before that I had to pay a deposit of 300MYR in cash, something that is more than double the price of the room... deposit that I refused to pay because I didn't trust that they would refund me money, I'm still waiting for an apology from the staff... No one helped me check out either, I found a couple who were in the same situation as me and They decided, like me, not to hand over the 300MYR due to the total lack of trust offered by the staff.
