Good value for money
Convenient location for my work, good check in instruction and communication from the host, it was warm , clean bed and carpets …
Overall very good for value , only down side is toilet downstairs and room was upstairs and little bit dump smell but that could be curtain on the window maybe can do with a wash…

Not a pleasant stay
Kitchen, TV and giod wifi connection
Very dirty, REALLY far from main attraction (tube was 20 mins walking or buses were needed), neighbors were really loud since earl morning; when we arrived we rang several times the bell waiting over 20 mins (we arrived exactly at the time we scheduled with the owner), just after a phone call the door was opened… Maybe we’re not used to London prices but surely not fair for the price.

I honestly don’t understand the high reviews ; maybe I come across as too negative on my review but other reviews really
Smell of cigarettes throughout the house; toilet and room; lack of wall socket next to bed; very small room and bedding with some stains

No shower
The bed was comfortable
The website doesn't specify that the bathroom doesn't have a shower. We paid for a private bathroom but we had to share the shower with at least 4 other guests.

arrangements to hand over the keys to myself could have been better - also no free toilet roll.
great location
arrangements to hand over the keys to myself could have been better. I arrived later than planned but still within the normal checkin time (I arrived after 17:00 but before 18:00) and the man who opened the door had to call the landlord/property manager to confirm that I was due to arrive, he was apparently not expecting me. So they could do better at keeping the doorman updated regularly on who is coming and when - perhaps stick it on a Telegram / WhatsApp group, and there update all info on what guest is coming and which room to give him? That's what I would do if I was managing such a let [full disclosure: I used to do this for a living in Manchester] Also, there was no free toilet roll and no free towel.
