What's nearby: This home sits close to the center of Truro (half a mile south) and the wonderful ocean beaches of Cape Cod National Seashore. At majestic Ballston Beach (two miles east), you can admire the rolling dunes that Truro is known for and enjoy the calm of the inland seashore with whisking fragmite plants and saltwater ponds reflecting summer sunsets. This home is also an ideal home base for those looking to explore Provincetown (nine miles northwest), which is known for its excellent art galleries, restaurants, whale-watching excursions, and nightlife. A disappointment! The house itself is nice, but it clearly wasn’t cleaned . I had to wipe down and sweep everything… obvious shod have been done at minimum! The dishwasher was broken, a few of the window cranks were broken, towel rack broken, beds unclean., And didn’t have clean sheets or pillow s or pillow cases. Luckily there were laundry machines and we washed all of the sheets and towels ourselves.
Shockingly dirty, especially given the fact that Vacasa adds a daily cleaning fee of about $350/day. I felt totally ripped off!!

This home was easy. The floorpan worked well to allow everyone their own space while providing comfortable indoor and outdoor areas. The kitchen was well equipped and the home had everything you could want. There were some pretty intense mosquitoes during our stay but they were everywhere in the Cape at the time. The only negative was the lower floor was very musty and had some mold on the ceiling and bedding so if your sensitive or have respiratory issues do not stay on that level.

A quick three day midweek trip to the Cape to rejuvenate. Tree Top Oasis is your quintessential Cape Cod house. Pine wood floors and large outside deck for the obligatory lobster and clams at night. Fish store just down the road as well as bakeries and sit down restaurants .
Sleeping on Three levels with finished basement bunk room , on ground level a bit damp. Tree Top Oasis could easily accommodate 10+.
The summertime drawbacks when we were in 85-90 degree heat is the absence of AC and relying on fans. I lived on the cape in the 70's and climate change is REAL!
A short drive to the National Seashore beaches and we off roaded the whole time. Lots of seals but no Great Whites seen although they were sighted by Nauset, P town just up the road for the sights and sounds of this very interesting community. It hasn't changed over 40 years which makes it so special.
All in all Treetop Oasis is exactly the place for the beacher who wants a taste of the Cape without staying in a motel and a large group. Just open the windows and turn on the fans and enjoy the Cape as a local

Great House, lots of beds and space for large group. Only 10 min away from Longnook and Ballston beaches, both very nice beaches. Big driveway, lots of privacy, large wrap around deck. Only 15 minutes from Wellfleet beachcomber, very convenient that everything is so close by 10/10 would rent again!

This house is well maintained with magnificent all around deck (we were able to find a shady spot all day long) and a very convenient location: easy access to Truro village, beach, and ponds. The space is vey family-friendly, the kids loved their private basement haven and created awesome memories. We loved it so much we rented an additional week this summer and can’t wait to be back.

We loved this house and the way it was set up. Enough space for everyone to enjoy. The porch was great. The area was wonderful and the beaches were lovely.

I rent every year in Truro and this spot is a gem. I could sit on the deck for hours. Great location and perfect spot for two families to share.
