About this space Welcome to our home! We are offering a duplex unit. It’s the upper unit. It has 1 bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bath has a tub. Very comfy place, walking distance to strip mall and grocery. Easy access to the airport, Grand Rapids Downtown and outlet mall. Bike trail across the street.Also easy access to US-131 and M-6. Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Living room has a couch, read chair, smart TV, and a shelve with games for adults and children, plus books. The space Kitchen offers dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, range, microwave, pans, cutting boards, mixer, slow cooker, coffee, tea, etc... Each bedroom has nightstand, lamp and closet, as well as blackout blinds. Of course there's also WIFI. One note, you will have a private entrance, but the backyard is shared with downstairs neighbors. We have a outdoor area, a playground, and a big yard for the kids to play.
