This is a new home and has an excellent golf course views facing the green. The home has engineered acacia wood floors throughout. The home has three beautiful lanais and a bbq off the main floor lanai. The club includes private parking, chaise lounge chairs, bathrooms, a small restaurant where guests can purchase food and drinks, and a surf hut where you can rent paddle boards and other equipment. The sheltered ocean cove is wonderful for snorkeling and paddle boarding. Just a short walk south from Ka Milo, will find The Shops at Mauna Lani, an open-air mall that contains a well-stocked food market, art galleries, boutique shops, and several fine places to eat.
