The extra large back yard is fully fenced and house welcomes your fur babies; doggy doors! Cable ready for Football season! Kids Playground nestled in the large backyard! ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS or older with the exception of your children. PET FRIENDLY! Lake Havasu City is located on what is known as the “West Coast of Arizona,” three hours driving time west of Phoenix and 2½ hours south of Las Vegas. With breathtaking Arizona Sunsets the city attracts over 1/2 million visitors a year thanks to its calm waters, beautiful beaches, and desert weather with more than 300 sunny days a year. There is a range of restaurants with entertainment if you so wish plus a boatload of annual events! Boat Shows! Car Shows! Races! Live Entertainment! Golfing! Concerts in the Park! So much more!
