The open concept living opens into a living room and dining room, The dining room table seats 12. Large sliding glass opens to reveal your private oasis. The outdoor space is completely fenced in and showcases a pool, propane gas fireplace amd ample seating and lounging to soak up the Florida sunshine. The second house is newly remodeled and is two stories high. It is located directly behind the beachfront house. The first level of this home offers a kitchen, King en-suite bedroom with a smart TV and a double Queen bedroom with a smart TV. This bedroom has an adjacent shower bathroom. The second floor has stairs leading to a second living room with a smart TV, chess table and various games for entertainment. The leather sofa is a queen memory foam sleeper. We recently added a walk in shower bathroom for guests using the sleeper sofa. A vintage rattan armoire has a place to hang guests clothes. There is a large en-suite double queen bedroom with memory foam mattresses and a smart tv. Step out onto the spacious balcony with ocean views.
