Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. My children and I spent about 6 weeks at Leslie's beautiful San Clemente home. When we walked in, it immediately felt like home with all the comforts. We needed and wanted for nothing as we had a fully stocked home and kitchen ready to start dinner and get cleaned up and off to bed on our first night. Day after day we enjoyed the large open patio either for dining or for my kids to have outdoor play time. Leslie came to greet us and introduce herself and offer up anything extra we may need to feel more comfortable. We enjoyed making a new friend and having someone to reach out to in the area if we needed anything. The location was unbeatable, a 3 minute walk to Linda Lane park and beach and a 5 minute walk to the San Clemente pier, a 4 minute or less walk to Del Mar street and dining. I will continue to highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone I know needing a play to stay in San Clemente including my close family. Upon leaving I immediately missed this home and reached out to let Leslie know how much our stay here meant. 10 out of 10 would recommend a stay here! It lives up to everything you see online and more.
