It is situated on an open lagoon with west-facing orientation. The ground floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and the outdoor patio. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and another bathroom. The fourth room is attached to the master-bedroom, though separated with a door and blinds. Please note all rooms have black-out blinds, except for the fourth room attached to the master. It is ideally suited for younger children.
