The location wise plus parking area was good compared to area in Warisan Square. Weekend is a great place to go and was near the street night market.

But the spoiler was the stinky smell from the fish market and at early dawn we could smelled bad odor as it was coming from the septic tank it was unbearable my wife was sleepless.

Bad smell from the sewer. Water didn't come out for a day and half. We didnt have a shower. I asked for fix this problem, and they even requested me to tell them the method. I never recommand it. Please don't make a reservation.

New building, easier self check in / out, walkable distance to attraction places like gaya street, seafood & mall

- Need to pay deposit RM300 (to be refund within 3 days) - No parking card provided, need to pay rm1/hrly (no max charges) - peak season can be crowded, need to queue up for the lift - there is musty smell when entering the room

I like the facilities and the suites which is so clean and comfortable.

The lifts and the parking. Make no sense to pay for every entrance🥲

- beautiful sea views - relatively clean, new towels, new beddings - cheap! - location is ideal for people who prefer home-cooking as across KK fish market; - can walk to nearby seafood centre

- lots of mosquitoes - traffic noise even you are on very high levels - lifts during peak times- a challenge! - on top of what u paid, Key Suites asked for RM300 deposit per unit; - the return of deposits to tenants not as fast/smooth as we transferred to them; - no water dispenser despite shown in its pictures; - no electric kettle, no rice cooker, no washing machine; - No wi-fi !! - we experienced drilling noise even after 11pm; - the whole building is not ready;

The room was clean with modern design, all the facilities was new, check in procedure also easy and parking also easy. The location was perfect. The view from the room also amazing.

Strategic location,nice view from pool.large bed and space.

No rice cooker, kettle.much better if shoe cabinet provide by owner.
