Guest Access: During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway - absolutely no parking is allowed on the street. The Neighborhood: Tuscan Hills is a beautiful community greeting you with water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and small playground. If your sport is Golf, then we are close to Championsgate, Reunion and Southern Dunes as well as several others. Regardless of your interests, Tuscan Hills promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family. Getting Around: Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida and is only 15 minutes from Disneys main gate. Tuscan Hills is the ideal place for your dream Florida holiday as its within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away. Other Things to Note: If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding! Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
