The pool can be heated for an additional $100.00/day -Please note in the colder months the pool may not always be at an optimal temperature due to the colder air at night and morning hours. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not appropriate for noisy groups. No party policy is strictly enforced and may result in eviction if not followed. This single-story house does not have stairs; however, there are two steps to access the outdoor lounge and dining area on the patio. 4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without approval. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare.
