THE SEA BELLE is a true beauty just walking distance from the beach and the Prom, and only a short walk to restaurants, the aquarium, shopping, movie theater, and downtown Seaside. This family- and pet-friendly, spacious, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers an open-concept upstairs kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a breakfast nook, complete with a 70-inch smart TV. Large windows open via sliding glass door to a spacious outdoor deck, where you can enjoy a beverage to the sounds of the ocean just steps away. In addition to the central gathering space, the upstairs boasts a Master suite with a king bed and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Across the hall is a guest room with a queen bed next to a bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer are located in a separate room beside a utility sink. The downstairs contains two more bedrooms, including one with a king bed, and another with a twin/twin bunk bed, a full-twin bunk bed, a full futon, and doubles as a game room with a TV and foosball table.
