The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, over-the-oven microwave, blender, electric kettle, toaster and is equipped with spices, tea, sugar etc for your convenience. The living room boasts a wood burning fireplace, wood floors throughout, 30 ft vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass windows with walk-out to the deck. In the living room there are 2 sofas, and 2 chairs surrounding a glass coffee table. A flatscreen TV (55 inch) with DVD are located on one side of the fireplace and a radio/CD stereo on the other side. Once on the deck you can sit and relax while you gaze at the lake and surrounding hills. The third bathroom with shower is located on this level too. Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with its comfortable Queen euro-top bed, and the huge bathroom with double sinks, glass walled shower and jetted whirlpool built for 2. The master bedroom loft also looks out onto the wall of windows with magnificent views. There is a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. On the lower level you will find two large bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a walk out onto the patio below the deck and an extra trundle bed perfect for kids. There is a TV with DVD player inside in this room. The laundry room with washer and dryer are also on the lower level. The whole townhouse is tastefully decorated in neutral colors. The townhome has been recently updated with new paint and carpet. The town home is located 2 minute walk to the Marina, and 5 minute walk from the beach and picnic area. You can park your boat at the town home, or behind on the adjacent parking lot. Holiday Island is a vacationers paradise. There are 2 golf courses for a daily fee. You can hike or go for a scenic drive as you look for deer, bald eagles and other wild life. You can also rent a boat, and /or experience the wonderful fishing available. There are shops, restaurants, pizza parlor, gas station 3 miles away, at the entrance to Holiday Island community. Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility.
