The very large, remodeled pool is the true centerpiece of the backyard filled with tropical flowering trees and palms. The backyard is fully fenced, separating the dock and deck from the yard, providing your own slice of Florida’s outdoors. As you open the gate to the riverfront, you immediately flow into a quaint, flowing grotto with seating area where you can nature watch, enjoy your morning coffee, or even cast a fishing rod. The deck has a lift for the owner’s boat, but it also has a full slip that can accommodate up to a 26 foot boat if you want to bring your own and is also perfect for launching your own kayaks, paddle boards, or other water toys. If you do not have your own toys, there are several services that will be happy to deliver them to you. Additionally, the pool can be heated upon request for an additional $25 a day.
