Once I walked into the lobby I knew I picked the right hotel! Very clean and modern

Hreat Hotel, central to where i wanted to be and astones throw away from the KL Tower. Super clean, well designed and spacious room with all amenities that I required

It was all new, the design of the hotel and the room (we had a corner room) was very nice. The sauna/onsen was also a plus. The location of the hotel was also good.

The room I have was nice and right at the corner of the building, place is reasonably clean compared to other hotels in Malaysia. Decent sized bath tub facing city view with rain shower on the side. Breakfast is what you expect in typical 3-4 star hotels, nothing amazing. Mirroring on the TV doesn’t work with IOS devices and they should install Netflix if they’re not updating to new TVs

Hotel Indigo is a lovely new hotel situated infront of the KL Tower. Original room had a view of a dirty old building so upgraded to a suite with a better view and a bathtub. Lovely room. Hotel is beautiful inside and seems to be eco friendly. The pool on the roof was beautiful and had fantastic views but only had 6 sun loungers and a hanging basket to sit in. The pool area can’t really accommodate many and the fact that the gym is next to pool, there is no bar to get refreshments. The bar is on the floor below, which is beautifully designed but you would not go into it damp from pool. The bar was also closed on our first day to host a private party. Not great. During our time we didn’t see anyone use the bar so drank elsewhere. Surely a roof top bar next to the pool would have been a better design and put gym lower down. Didn’t use the restaurants so can’t comment. Overall a beautiful hotel in a great area but let down with a horrible building next door if your room is overlooking it and in our opinion a silly design of the pool area. If you don’t use the pool then it won’t be a problem. The hotel also needs a happy hour like most bars in KL, maybe the bar would be used more then. The lobby has lots of seats and would be a nice place to sit if a small bar was situated there. The hotel staff were a very polite. Don’t be put off staying here, would would recommend paying more and get a high room with a city veiw and get to pool early to get a seat and take up drinks.
