Très joli appart, bon emplacement, et un bon rapport qualité prix. On se sent à l'aise dans cet appartement ou tout est soigneusement à sa place.
Pas de balai ni pelle je n'ai pu faire le ménage, local poubelles inaccessible je n'ai pas pu jeter mes poubelles, aspirateur qui ne fonctionne pas, et à mon départ le propriétaire m'a accusé d'avoir cassé le lit, ce qui est totalement faux je n'ai rien cassé et j'ai pris soin de cet appart que j'ai beaucoup apprécié, et on m'a réclamé 500€ de réparations. Une aberration ! C'est une honte. Je déconseille cette personne malhonnête malgré un appartement qui a du potentiel.

L'appartement est dans une résidence sécurisée, au calme, facile d'accès. Il est très bien agencé, on s'y sent très bien. La rénovation a été faite avec goût, et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. La propriétaire était disponible lorsque j'ai eu des questions.
