Welcome to our unique rooftop unit and 1-BR unit nestled in the heart of downtown Lynchburg! Both units are in the same building right down the hall from one another. If you love exposed brick and architecture that's rich with history - this is the spot for you! Easy walk: - Riverfront Park - Duke's Diner - Benny Scarpetta's (pizza) - Reserve Winery and Lounge - Bootleggers (burgers + cocktails) Short drive: - Liberty U (8 min.) - Randolph College (8 min.) - Lynchburg College (10 min.) You'll enter the building through the same main door and walk up the stairs. You'll come across the 1BR unit ("Right Studio") then keep walking down the hall to the rooftop unit. ONE BEDROOM UNIT ("Right Studio") - Comfy king bed - Plenty of living space with comfy couch & TV - Kitchenette space, coffee maker - Lots of natural light - Dining table ROOFTOP UNIT - Interior deck space has refrigerator and sink plus bar top and table/chairs with large windows that open up to the rooftop deck area - Lower level has a full bathroom, large living room with tv, desk and table/chairs - Under the stairs is a comfortable pull out sofa as this unit sleeps two You'll have full access to the whole patio, deck, and inside both units.
