Private and away from the busy Gold Coast crowds but only minutes from theme parks, restaurants and shopping. Very short distance from public transport hub with GC Tram and train station a couple of minutes drive or a 15 minutes walk. There is a lovely salt pool to spend lazy summer days or to relax after a big day at teh theme parks. Also lots of room for your furbaby to run around if you choose to bring the four legged family members. The house is very comfortable and well set up for a family or group of friends. Wonderful kitchen with 90cm oven and cooktop. Also a BBQ on the back patio overlooking the pool. We have free wi-fi for guests and two smart TV's. One in the living room and one in Bedroom 1. The house is located next to a lovely park. There is plenty of space to kick a ball and run around. You can also walk out the back gate to the local supermarket and a number of takeaway food stores.
