Occupancy of max 8 overnight and additional 4 people in the daytime. Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions. If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest. Please do know we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: We love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice.
