Very spacious property with all the comfort a guest house can offer. The hosts are on site, so it is very easy to reach them in case of need. My room was a bit cold on arrival, so they provided me with an electric fan that I used until the main heating in the room was on in the evening. Absolutely amazing quality/price value!

Great location for Harry Potter Studios and Flourish bakery for breakfast. Hadnt stayed in shared house before, just hotels, but it exceeded expectations, private, spacious en suite room, friendly host, complimentary tea and coffee, private parking. House was warm and power shower great.

Could have done with firmer pillows and better reading lights

The property is near Watford town so I was able to do what I wanted to do in town without using my car. The staff to the property are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel that you are in the right place. The whole house is warm, rooms are very big and the carpet floor is very nice.

I was okay with everything considering that I stayed there for only 5 days.
