A great place and good location. Responsive hosts.

Propreté. Mobilier de salle à manger et lit très beaux; serviettes, linge à vaisselle et vaisselle de qualité. Salle de bain jolie et propre. Rangement adéquat. Très tranquille. Même si cela prend 20 minutes pour aller au centre de Tampa, c’est proche des autoroutes pour s’y rendre et aussi pour aller à Clearwater et St-Petersburg.
Pas de communication avec les propriétaires, pas d’accueil. Grille-pain ne fonctionne pas; il est rapidement changé mais le 2e fonctionne mal. Les marmites et poêlons sont fatigués, de même que le fauteuil dans la chambre et les chaises de jardin. Contrairement aux photos sur le site, l’éclairage est manquant, il fait très sombre, surtout dans la cuisine.
