Welcome to Our Charming 3-Bedroom Retreat in Cottonwood! Escape to the heart of Old Town Cottonwood with a stay in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. This labor of love was a full gut remodel that we completed ourselves (along with a few other tradesmen) in Nov 2023 with the goal of updating to today's standards while preserving the history and charm of Cottonwood for a magical guest experience. We hope you’ll feel as at home as we do here! Perfectly situated off of Main Street, the home provides walking access to Old Town Cottonwoods tasting rooms, shops, and restaurants! Just 25 minutes into Sedona and 20 minutes to Jerome. This home is your ideal base for exploring all that Cottonwood and it’s beautiful surroundings has to offer. The master suite features a king-sized bed, open concept closet, and an ensuite bathroom providing a luxurious retreat. The 2 additional bedrooms offer queen-sized bed and full-sized bed. All bedrooms are complete with plush linens, sound machines, and aromatherapy diffusers ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. ★Bathrooms★ Two well-appointed bathrooms are at your disposal. The living room bathroom features a bathtub/overhead shower and the ensuite features a spacious rainshower. This is the perfect place to relax with human and furry friends! ★Location★ Our house is conveniently located near Verde Valley. Explore the local wineries, visit the historic Old Town, or take a scenic hike in the surrounding nature areas. Cottonwood's charm is at your doorstep. ★Your Hosts★ As locals, we're here to ensure your stay is unforgettable. We can't wait to welcome you! ★Notes★ While this home is pet friendly, there is a dog next door that sometimes barks. If you plan to bring your dog outside to the gated area, know that there is also a dog next door. For heating and cooling, the house is fully equip with mini splits in every single bedroom and living area so you’ll be able to easily control temp as you wish! While we ask for no shoes, the floor is cold so we encourage house slippers or thick socks! We’ll be working on providing complimentary slippers by January stays. ★ CANCELLATION ★ Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees. NO SHOES. Please take your shoes off upon entering the home. NO SMOKING ANYTHING inside or on the patio of the property. This includes marijuana and tobacco. No vaping. Any evidence of smoking is a $500 violation. NO mailing packages (RECEIVING OR SENDING) NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY). This is a residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. We love our neighbors and we hope you respect them. Noise level must be minimal from 9 PM - 7 AM. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding. Violation of noise ordinance and or tampering with security devices will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund and will require an immediate departure from the home. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $500 and additional legal action if necessary. If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/for each additional hour (beyond the first hour). Please reach out to us at least 48 hours in advance with this request. Late check-out past 11 AM is unavailable to ensure the home is ready for the next guest. If a guest stays late, a $30 fee per additional hour will need to be charged. Lost keys: $50 Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $100
