It’s a nice and well compartmented apartment. Location was the most important for me, even if the area where it’s situated it’s not fully developed yet.

Owners should mention that it’s for smokers. Heavy cigarette smell tried to be covered by strong air fresheners, not a good combination. Unfortunately not so clean either. Frying pot half full with used oil, dirty electric kettle, additional pillows full of yellow stains. Issues with heating system that will be remediated soon.
