All outside music needs to be turned off by 10 pm. This is a family home and is meant to be a relaxing time for families and responsible adults. Neighbors will send complaints of noise. Extra guests can only come for a visit with approval. Please do not wear shoes inside the house to protect the floors. No glass in or near the pool. No running, diving, jumping off the sidewall of the pool. No diving at any location of the pool! There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Kids of all ages can only be left alone with supervision by an adult at the pool. Do not enter the pool if you have been drinking alcohol. No smoking inside the house. No pets of any kind.
