Nearby Lil'TipSea: Lil'TipSea is located in the heart of historic Topsail Beach between two public beach accesses (Empie & Haywood) with free parking, a short .2 miles (3-5 min) walk from the house. Bringing a boat? Put in at Bush Marina a few blocks south. Don't have a boat? A local captain in the neighborhood offers sunset cruises and charters to a barrier island that leaves from The Breezeway Dock. The upstairs and downstairs do not have an inside connection. You must access each space from the outside. Guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement, provide a valid government ID, and provide a refundable security deposit that will be held on a card starting the day before your reservation and released 2-5 days after checkout if no damage is found. Please ask if there are any questions during this process; this is compliant with NC law and all booking platforms' rules.
