If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. The home also features a ping pong table, fuzz ball table, and a corn hole set for off the beach fun. The two car garage accommodates the ping pong table.  The covered verandas and lower level patio can accommodate outdoor activity during inclimate weather.  Outdoor cooking includes a new propane grill and 2 charcoal grills. There are 6 TVs in the house, including a 65" in the living room. The kitchen, dining room (accommodates 21 guests) and living room are very spacious and the lower level even contains a separate Family Room, plenty of room to accommodate our guests. Pets - allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards.
