Location, we attended an event in Sandall Park.
It was a good price for a large room for 3 people
Whilst the room and bedding were clean the decor is a bit tired. The kettle was on the floor as lead didn't reach the top of the chest of drawers and due to uneven floors (old building and we were right at the top) it kept switching on and off. It did work though.

No wardobe or anywhere to hang your clothes?
No chair no shower jel just hand wash Bed very uncomfortable and hard Room really cold as heating turned off until 8am next morning ???

The Staff are very Friendly.
Could do with Do not Disturb. Door plaques. Other than that excellent

Room not suitable when live music or quiz night on whole room shook until 12.30 both nights
Heating had to be asked for
No where to put anything by the bed, no socket and kettle on the floor

Very good location, friendly staff, the room was clean, well heated and the bed comfortable. Also there are good parking facilities.
