Very unprofessionally managed. Most of the things from the foods menu card was not available while ordering. Swimming pool is not properly maintained.

The hotel on the website was shown as 4 star. It was no where near 4 star. I would give it only 2 star as a max. The room was not cleaned as there were used towel and bedsheets/ quit cover. We asked them to change it. The staff was untrained.
The room had mosquitos in it. People who were using the pool left the lift as well as stairs / walking path totally wet that was very slippery.
