The third bedroom has twin beds in addition to a hand painted wall mural adding to the southwest decor. The fourth bedroom/den has a twin daybed with trundle and walk-in closet in addition to a basic desk and chair. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack, laundry basket, and charging station for your personal devices located on the bedside clock. These rooms are just off the full main bath which is bright and light due to another skylight. Our wireless home network provides free high-speed internet.
 You will enjoy the inviting living space and high ceilings, with a one step sunken living room and ample seating with new leather couch and matching oversized swivel chairs, plus a reading nook. There is a new 65 inch 4K smart TV with Roku streaming. The Northeastern orientation of the living and dining rooms provides the best of early morning warmth and spectacular sunrise views of the mountains. The fourth bedroom/den can be a second seating area with use of the day bed. Ornamental fireplaces add charm to the décor, while the home uses heating and air conditioning units combined with ceiling fans in all of the living areas to keep you comfortable year round. We've even stocked some spices, oils, and condiments for your convenience.  Specific for traveling nurses and physicians, there are plenty of hospitals within a reasonable commuting distance, including Banner, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Hospital, and TMC.

Because this property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbors and want to maintain our good neighbor status, this property is NOT appropriate for those that wish to have a loud party. Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Additional guest fee over two people, is $15 per person per night. A starter kit will be provided with basics: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap.
