Nestled in San Pedro de Alcántara, this attractive house for $437 per night is a great choice for your next break. This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. Fantastic townhouse on the front line of the Club Guadalmina golf club, with a great location in the heart of Guadalmina Alta. Its privileged location gives the opportunity to enjoy the best beach bars and maritime life; as well as the best beaches and coves in the area that you will find just a few steps from the accommodation. Puerto Banús is a perfect starting point to explore the center of Marbella and surrounding areas such as: Estepona, Mijas Costa. or Malaga. These cities are located between 20 and 30km from Marbella, as well as Malaga airport. It is a fresh and sunny Andalusian style house with a private garage, for five people, three bedrooms, three bathrooms; two with a bathtub and another with a walk-in shower tray. You will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets just 2 minutes by car, the center of San Pedro and the boulevard are just 5 minutes walk away. Gated community ideal for families, with swimming pools and playground Services included: free access to community pool, air conditioning, and Internet. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups under 25 not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed.
