St. Lawrence Gap is steps away; famous for its fine restaurants, lively nightlife and good shopping, and less than a minute's walk to the beautiful Dover Beach. Our recommendation is to rent a car. However, the property is accessible by public transportation (bus), and it is a three-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There are also taxis and private vehicle transport options. Other Things to Note: We provide some toilet paper and soap in each apartment to get you started. For all other items you need, you’ll need to purchase and bring them in with you. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only. WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO PLEASE ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No hosting parties/events, Illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise, especially after 10 pm, is not tolerated. We must be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during the stay for identity verification. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. Interaction with Guests: Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours prior to check in. You can self-check-in by accessing the keys via the lockbox.
