The resort requires identification for all the persons staying in the home at least 7 days prior to arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Towels are not for beach usage.
