Each of the five bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The large first floor master bedroom and ensuite full bath provides a great retreat with a sofa and a television for those times you want to get away from the crowd. The three well-appointed bathrooms feature contemporary fixtures and provide convenience for all guests. The waterfront location provides a dock (you can dock a boat here) and a boatlift (outfitted for a pontoon boat) and allows for easy access to water activities, and you may even catch a glimpse of local wildlife. Two single kayaks and a double kayak can be used to explore the canals and the St. Martin River. And the screened in porch has an inviting hot tub for your relaxation after a long day. The Ocean Pines Yacht Club restaurant is open to the public and has live music on the waterfront patio Thursday-Sunday starting at 6pm during the season. Parking Notes: There are 3 parking spaces available in the driveway outside the garage. Additional parking is available in the court. We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $100. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
