We've got it all - a covered front porch, front yard with BBQ, fire pit, and amazing backyard space for that LA indoor-outdoor fusion living. Located in the center of it all within walking distance to Hollywood Thai Town, shopping, restaurants, and Griffith Park- easy access to the freeway to drive to the beach, downtown, and more! Perfect getaway for your Hollywood leisure! We have done everything we can to make this place as enjoyable as possible for your relaxing stay! Perfect for travelers, couples, friends, and working professionals! After an exciting day of adventure, cozy up in the main floor living area by the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the 50” Smart TV. The living area leads to the updated chef's kitchen which is fully equipped with stainless appliances and and an eat-in island. The dining area is spacious and great for socializing and eating delicious meals. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The master bedroom upstairs features a king-sized bed and a 50" Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized bed. An ensuite washer and dryer, firepit, and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 200 Mbps are all provided during your stay! This home offers incredible indoor and outdoor space! On warmer nights you can enjoy barbecuing in your own private front yard! You can also gather around at the front porch with a couch, or in the amazing backyard space with outdoor seating and surrounded by string lights. There is 1 parking space in front of the house on the gravel rocks included! This home is just a short drive to Hollywood’s must-see attractions including Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Bowl & Walk of Fame, Hard Rock Cafe, Universal Studios, and many great dining and shopping options along Hollywood Blvd. Within half an hour's driving distance to LAX!
