The home is just minutes from scenic Bagnell Dam and the strip offering a variety of food and drink options along with a fun atmosphere that only living on the lake can provide. If you want to leave the car or boat behind in search of a great meal, however, you’ll find 2 restaurants within a mile of your front door. The golfers in your crew will delight at the availability of challenging local courses such as the Lodge of Four Seasons, 6 minutes away, and offering a spa and restaurant for post-round enjoyment. All these exciting features and we haven’t even gotten to the home’s interior yet! Plentiful private spaces allow you to unwind at your leisure, paired wonderfully with common areas designed for gathering and entertainment. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines: - Number and Type of Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. We accept dogs, cats, and small caged animals. Please contact us in advance if you have exotic pets or unusual animals to confirm their eligibility. - Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs above 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests. - Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier. - Cleaning Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly. - Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort. - Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property. - Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
