This luxurious, detached chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located on the slope next to the ski slope with ski-in/ski-out, in a quiet location and yet within walking distance of the picturesque mountain village of Hohentauern in Styria, with a great view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The entire chalet, with the exception of the basement, has underfloor heating. The living room has an attractive gas fireplace for cool evenings, digital TV and a sunny sunroom. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a Boretti induction hob with two ovens, a microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment and various kitchen appliances. The chalet has four bedrooms, two of which have a balcony and one with an extra stackable bed. A high chair and a cot are available and the stairs upstairs have a stair gate. The bathrooms include a rain shower, a bubble bath, a hairdryer and a Finnish sauna. There is a large terrace surrounding the chalet with luxurious patio furniture. In the basement there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a games room with digital TV and games. There is also a ski room with ski boot warmer and an open garage. The well-known and traditional family ski area Ski Hohentauern offers 11 kilometers of slopes is only 300m away and various hiking trails are also right on the doorstep. Summer is best known for the many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The more than 200 days of sunshine per year and the snow-sure ski area make this area a perfect holiday region at any time of the year.
